Hallo! Ich bin seit zwei Jahren Nutzer von ESPN 360. Ich habe mich nun sehr auf den Beginn der Playoffs gefreut,weil ich während der Saison aufgrund von Arbeit/Familie auf das Ansehen ganzer Spiel verzichten muss. Zur Playoffzeit gönne ich mir das allerdings. Deshalb habe ich ESPN 360 sehr geschätzt,weil man die Spiele im Archiv gucken konnte, wann man Zeit hat. Im letzten Jahr konnte man am Folgeabend nach einem Spiel zu 95 % davon ausgehen, dass das Spiel imArchiv verfügbar war.Deshalb habe ich mir nun wieder einen Playoff Pass besorgt.

Aber was ist da los? Ich finde bisher noch überhaupt gar keine archivierten Playoff Spiele!! Das kann doch nicht wahr sein... Ist das nun wieder ein "technisches Problem", was die in den Griff kriegen müssen oder soll das geplant so sein, dass die Spiele nicht am nächsen Tag verfügbar sind? Dann macht doch wegen der Zeitverschiebung die ganze Sache für uns Europäer gar keinen Sinn. Dann kann ich mir auch das Geld sparen und mir die Nächte mit Sopcast um die Ohren schlagen. Es kann ja wohl niemand erwarten, dass man die Playoffs eine Woche zeitversetzt miterlebt...

Hat von euch jemand irgendwelche Infos dazu? Vielen Dank und Gruß.

also die Playoff-Games sind doch da. Du mußt im NHL Center Ice oben auf "on Today" klicken,
dann siehst du Spiele die schon waren mit einem "Archive"-Symbol.
Allerdings erfordern diese das neue Plugin zum abspielen.
diese Spiele kommen erst etwas später auf "on Demand" mit dem "alten" Plugin.
ich finde es auch blöd so, weil ich die Spiele mit dem alten Plugin mit meinem
Replay Media Catcher "aufnehmen" konnte, was jetzt mit dem neuen Plugin nicht
möglich ist.
Oder gibt es da eine Möglichkeit?

danke für deine Antwort. Ja, ich war wohl wieder zu ungeduldig. Um 18 Uhr waren die Spiele noch nicht im Archiv, ein bißchen später schon... Ich finde es sehr schwer, wenn man ein Spiel zeitversetzt gucken will, die üblichen Seiten im Internet zu meiden, damit einem in der Zwischenzeit das Ergebnis nicht verraten wird. Wollen wir hoffen, dass die Spiele immer schnell archiviert werden...

for the records: Der zweite Spieltag war soweit ok, die Spiele gingen wieder ohne Plugin in der live variante und schon war auch das unscharfe Bild und das ständige Stream-neustarten Geschichte. Warum ich aber das Archiv nicht einfach so gucken kann, sondern dafür dieses scheiss Plugin brauche...
Es gibt genau zwei Plugins, die sehr weit verbreitet sind, Flash und Java - warum Entwickler auf die Idee kommen irgendein ein funky-beschissenes-Plugin zur Programmierung zu verwenden, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Die wollen den Mist doch verkaufen...

Bin neu hier und habe einige Fragen nach dem ich mit diesen thread durchgelesen habe!

Ich habe mir die letzten Playoff spiele auch über SopCast oder Justin.TV angeguckt, natürlich läuft es, aber die Qualität finde ich doch schon ziemlich schlecht! Deswegen habe ich mir überlegt bei ESPNPlayer die Playoff spiele für 35,99 zu kaufen. Das Geld ist ja nicht das Problem, aber anscheinend haben da einige von euch Probleme mit den Stream`s und was mich noch interessieren würde wie ist den die Qualität. Kann man es mit HD 720p vergleichen? Ist es zumindest eine DVD Qualität mit vielleicht 720 x 576 pixeln oder ist es doch noch schlechter, weil ich mein sonst Gewinne ich ja gar nichts.
Achso bin auch bei Kabel Deutschland mit 32K Leitung, ich denke die Geschwindigkeit sollte auch für 720p Stream ausreichen!
Wäre sehr dankabar wenn mir ein oder anderer ein paar Infos liefern könnte.

Ohne PLugin ist es ein 800k Stream - wenns nicht ruckelt, was ohne Plugin bei mir zu 95% geht, ist für mich schon das ausreichend auf Vollbild (19"). Mit Plugin kann man auch höhere Bitraten bekommen, also 800k ist da das Niedrigste.

Allerdings hab ich anfänglich hab ich überlegt nur jeweils einen Monatspass zu nehmen, und beim Finaleinzug halt die "bittere Pille" zu schlucken, weil ich die 35 Eur schon für recht viel halte, wenn man nur ein Team verfolgt.

Also ich gucke über mein Laptop und der ist an den Flachbild mit 42Zoll angeschlossen, deswegen denk ich mal, dass die Qualität doch schon einwenig drunter leiden wird wenn ich es auf voll bild strecke =) Na ja werd`s mir noch mal überlegen.
Übrigens habe gerade noch einwenig weiter rumgesucht und gefunden auf der TSN seite. Da gibt es z.B die letzten 3 spiele "Game6" die gestern gespielt wurden gratis, allerdings da ist wohl das Problem, dass es nur für USA und Kanada bestimmt ist, weil der über die ip sagt, dass es nicht für Europa nutzern abspielbar ist.
Jedoch mit einbisschen Geschick und einem anderen Proxy habe ich es geschaft die Spiele mir anzusehen, auch in besser Qualität als bei SopCast oder ähnliches.

Kann eigentlich noch irgendjemand ohne Plugin gucken? Bei mir gehts auf 3-4 Rechnern sowohl unter Windows und Linux nicht mehr ohne, seit Ende der ersten Runde. (Spiel 1, 6 und 7)
Im nächsten Jahr werde ich wieder Sopcast bemühen, so ne scheisse tue ich mir nicht mehr an. Wenn man im Support was dazu sagt, wird man auf das "tolle" Plugin verwiesen, das auf meinem Laptop unter Windows nicht ordentlich läuft und unter anderen Betriebssystemen erst gar nicht verfügbar ist. Wer so nen stolzen Preis verlangt, sollte auch dafür sorgen dass man zumindestens in einem Bezahlzeitraum eine stabile Lösung bekommt, die nicht nach ein paar Monaten wegen "tollen features" nicht mehr läuft...

Scheinbar ist das Neulion-Plugin schon wieder Geschichte, ich kann jetzt nur mit dem Flashplayer unter Linux die Adaptive Rates und auch höhere Auflösungen gucken. Da ich allerdings das Gefühl hab, das bei mehr als 800k bei mir kein flüssiges Bild mehr läuft, guck ich weiter auf 800k.

Achja, die Pre-Season hab ich bei sopcast/jtv getestet, einmal ein super-Bild und Stream bei sopcast aber diese justinTv kacke kann man gleich verbrennen...da hab ich mir lieber nochmal 80 eur gegönnt auch wenn ich wohl leider nicht jedes Spiel gucken kann.

btw. nachdem ich jetzt kabeltv mit espn hab, kamen die Europa-Spiele auch dort, gab aber oft Bildausfall und meistens kommen die wdh. der sonstigen Spiele dort Vormittags/Mittags -> auch nicht besser als Live gucken.

Das Ruckeln ist auch eher so ein "nicht genug Bilder pro Sekunde" als ein stottern des Streams, kann also auch an meiner alten Geforce liegen. Habe heute auch das erste Mal das "on-demand" feature genutzt - und sogar das braucht nur noch den Flashplayer - Kein Windows-Media oder ähnliches - und läuft einwandfrei :-)
